Goats (Toggenburger)

This very initiative APC startet on its own with milk processing and fodder production. In 2001 they were supported with a simple mower for grass, because their grass fields were already as big, that working by hand became too difficult. In 2002, a cheese dairy was installed and the necessary training was tought by a Swiss milk processing expert.
