Since 1997 our Swiss
project partners have trained ten to fifthteen North Korean farmers regularly.
The Koreans live and work for almost four months with Swiss mountain farmer
families and get an excellent insight into the Swiss farming techniques
and culture. On top of that, they get two additional intensive training
weeks at one of the best farming schools, the Agricultural
School Rheinhof in Salez (cantone of St. Gallen)

Besides training, socializing ist an import part also. The chief of the
group takes care, that everyone is involved in sharing opinions

complements the work of Swiss experts in North Korea and transfers the
know-how directly to the ones who put it into practice. It supports the
transfer of know-how to a few visionaries. These will influence the many
thousand agricultural production cooperations throughout the country.
